Ash Tutors provides a fully managed private tuition service, supporting families and tutors throughout the duration of tuition.
We are not a directory or introduction-only service.

Face-to-Face Tuition (In your home or a tutor’s home)
Available in Wigan, Warrington and St Helens, subject to tutor availability.

Face-to-face tuition includes tutor travel and additional time. Availability is limited and location-dependent.

Online tuition offers the same high-quality teaching, with slightly lower lesson fees as no travel is required.

Managed Tuition Service Fee
In addition to lesson fees, Ash Tutors provides a fully managed tuition service while tuition is ongoing.

Managed service fee: £15 per week (per student)
This fee applies per family, regardless of the student’s age or level, and covers the ongoing management and support of the tuition arrangement.
The managed service fee applies while tuition is active and ends when tuition ends or the managed service is concluded.
What the Managed Service Includes
While tuition is active, Ash Tutors provides ongoing management and support, including:
- Tutor sourcing, vetting and safeguarding checks
- Careful matching based on subject, level and availability
- Clear expectations agreed before lessons begin
- Ongoing coordination while tuition is in place
- Support if issues arise or changes are needed
- Continuity planning if tuition arrangements change
The managed service applies while tuition is ongoing and ends when tuition ends or the managed service is concluded.
Lesson fees are paid directly to tutors. The managed service fee is collected separately while tuition is ongoing.
